Terms and Conditions of 55wim: clear rules for play safe

To register and use 55wim's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form;
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of any regulated betting platform;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or close relative of a 55wim staff member.

Registration is personal and non-transferable. Only one account is allowed per CPF, phone number, and email address. Creating multiple accounts is considered a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of bonus balances and retention of funds pending anti-fraud review.

55wim may request identity and age verification documents at any time — such as a government-issued ID photo, CPF, proof of address, or a selfie with your document. You have 72 hours from the request to submit them. Accounts with pending verification may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until the process is complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — secure, and for all activity carried out under your account. 55wim strongly recommends using a unique, strong password of at least 8 characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Users can update their registered details (email address, phone number, mailing address) at any time in the profile section. Changes to critical information such as CPF or date of birth require supporting documentation and approval by the compliance team.

A bet confirmed on the 55wim platform is final and cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation. 55wim may cancel or void bets in the following situations:

• The event was cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or not completed due to force majeure;
• An obvious input error in the published odds ("erroneous odds") that differs significantly from the standard market;
• Identification of market abuse, collusion between bettors, or manipulation of a sporting event;
• A technical failure that generated incorrect odds or prevented the bet from being processed correctly.

If an event is postponed by less than 48 hours from the original start time, pre-match bets remain valid for the new date. If the postponement exceeds 48 hours or the event is permanently canceled, the full stake is refunded to your account balance.

Live odds on 55wim update in real time and can shift significantly during a match. The odds confirmed at the moment you click "Bet" are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes.

The general conditions that apply to all 55wim bonuses are:

• The standard rollover for the sports welcome bonus is 5x the bonus amount, with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection;

• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the full rollover is completed;

• Canceled, voided, or drawn bets do not count toward the rollover;

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any conflict, dispute, or matter related to the use of the 55wim platform that cannot be resolved amicably through support channels shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
